There are many speculations as to who will be chosen to ride for Team Radioshack in Tour de France 2010. The team has a broad palette to choose from, and it may not be an easy task for sports director Johan Bruyneel to boil the list down to nine riders.
There are obvious choices such as Lance Armstrong, Levi Leipheimer, Andreas Klöden, Haimar Zubeldia and Gert Steegmans etc, but which of the other riders will get the chance to represent Team Radioshack in the 2010 Tour de France?
Who do you think will make it to the final 2010 Tour de France roster?

Gregory Rast and Dmitriy Muravyev, this boys are very important for TDF team…
Translate the Comment
Muravyev-doesn’t bring the glitz, but he works hard to get the boys where they need to be. Great attitude, great worker.

Who are the @#$%&’s whom didn’t vote for Lance? Is Dick Pound involved?!?
…hard to argue with the top 5, however. Still a long time off, but those guys HAVE to ride!!!

WHO ARE YOU WEARING!

Well, I five I went for are in the top five!
Sorry but need to study up on the rest!

Johan will do what is best for the moment with the riders that are ready to bring the yellow and team title to TRS. Why bother to speculate?

Come on folks. Horner will probably crash the whole team out. You have to pick Jason McCartney above him and a lot of those guys, look at his track record of being a support man! Go JMC!

I have to agree with JC, Horner is a menace and a blight to the team. It will not be a problem as JC thinks, because he will crash out at an earlier race and not even be in the mix.

I agree with Howell. Pick the team that is best for the situation. Lance of course will be the leader and everyone after that should be chosen based on their level of fitness, and their ability to succeed within this year’s chosen route. We all know Lance will bring his A game.

How is Popovych not an obvious choice? Did he lose a leg in some freak accident? If Lance is riding it is 100% guaranteed Yaroslav will be at his side.

I also have to agree with JC and Griffen I highly doubt “the redneck” will be on the Tour roster…but I guess crazier things have happened. With no TTT this year he wouldn’t take down the team but I’m not sure how much help he will be on a breakaway
(think 2005)

The people who didn’t vote for Lance are probably from Astana

With so many different riders and styles. i would be going for a team that can challenge in the mountains and over the hole 3 week period, I know we have sprinters but i would leave them for other race days outside of the tour de france.
Good luck TRS, lets make the TDF one for the record books.
P.S. Lets hope Levi can go well in California.

The TdF TRS team has to have great pullers. They take a true toll on themseves until they can’t take any more pain & fall back. This is what Dimy, Popo, Chechue & Rast do. Johan will know how to make that choice. Of course the stars are obvious, and I wish the team a happy Tour de France where smiles (even if they’re tired) are the rule of the day, and of course for Amgen, too.

Many of my favourite riders are in team radioshack. For the large group of belgian fans in the tour we pray for steegmans. I’m sure that the team will make all together a fine choice. Lance since you showed the world that sports makes people become bigger than themselves you deserve one more yellow jersey in paris! I’m convinced that the team will do anything possible to prevent the jersey being worn by someone unfit.
