hey Lance you doing great! however, i dont think that this will be enough to win the tour in July… Iam a great fan of yours, and in the early years of you winning the tour… there is something which you had and i cant see now.. its that superb high cadence you had.. no one matched that! but now you have someone that can match that kind of cadence in contador..you can do it lance.. unleash your cadence to what it was before.. and trust me it will work! your TT and your climbing skills were both your top abilities.. and the key to both of them. was you cadence and your power to weight ratio.. think Lance i so want you to win in july.. work on it man you’ve got plenty of time.. regards, Yannick
his cadence is fine and last year in the tour it was great. the only problem that he has with his age is top-end. he can still clip very fast. never count out a champion…remember, the guy is almost 40..had this been years ago, he would beat contador
Training at high Altitude like that is NOT easy even for a pro, looking at the back shot of the silly women Spectator it is very steep, probably Cat 1 At least. Lance is looking very lean and pretty fit so early into the year, lance is a master tactician he knows his gameplan so Im not sure what Yann is getting at, Maybe writing in Paragraphs might help. Lance last year had been out of pro cycling for 2 years and was just race fit after a broken collar bone and Came third, this in itself was an incredible achievment. Give lance a break I myself am looking forward to a Very enjoyable tour and race future watching Radioshack In the UCI Calender.
Not the Big Island. It’s Haleakala, on Maui. The building in the background is the visitor center at the top. I used to ride to the top when I was a Ranger there. 30 miles and 10,000 ft. elevation gain. I’m guessing he made it about half the time it used to take me.
lance’m Colombian, and I saw your performance in the Tour of Murcia and see
that cost wiguins attacks. I like that you win on 8 tour to demonstrate that you have always been the best so you withdraw.
my suggestion is because they train before the tour in Colombia, Carmichael was here and know how are you would help the Colombian mountains in france too because the mountains are lower, Oscar Sevilla came and stayed here in Colombia. Tyler Hamilton also ran the team here and rock and racing the same way he did come to Colombia and depend upon it that will improve your climbing.
