Ivan Rovny
As expected with only one climb at a very early point in the race, the win came down to a sprint. Fastest was Alessandro Petacchi but finishing in a solid 5th place was Ivan Rovny of Team RadioShack.
All the overall contenders stayed in their respective positions including Chris Horner is 2nd place, Janez Brajkovic in a tie for 4th place and even Ivan Rovny himself is a respectable 15th. Team RadioShack also holds a slim lead in the Team classification.
The Giro di Sardegna (Tour of Sardinia) continues tomorrow, Friday the 27th of February with 181km undulating, fourth stage from Carbonia to Iglesia that should see some shuffling of the overall.

Another good show from the Shack Boys, come on guys and get Giro title, Chris is looking in a great spot to win with 2 stages to go. And with Ivan in 5th currently could it be possible for a shack 1-2. Yes it unlikely, but where a team that must aim high.
Still yet another great day in the saddle from the other half of the Shack team in sardegna. Let finnish the month off with win number 2 and follow on from the Algarve performance.
