I am one of the founders of Aurora Womens Fitness (aurorawomensfitness.com), a full service womens fitness club er in Ridgefield, NJ. Over the past three years I have been really lucky to have found a passion for cycling, both on the road and as a cycling teacher at our club. I believe that cycling has had a tremendous positive impact on every aspect of my life; that impact has provided me with a platform to make a positive difference in the lives of our Aurora Team and its athletes.
