If I'm up to date I think there's still one name missing to make it complete: George Hincapie. I think the chemestry will then add up to make the team a lot stronger than the sum of individual qualities. Water, sand, cement, pebbles themselves wont make a good house but put them all together and its concrete!

haha agreed sportypaul, but I think Hincapie's done with the big teams, I think I read something on VeloNews about him joining BMC, where he wanted to help elevate a smaller team. I guess he wants to mentor now, but still ride at the same time

George did sign with BMC. He wants to win Paris-Roubaix. And RadioShack is more for GT's than classics.
