Andreas is an excellet Rider. He is a great all around threat but he lacks the acceleration needed in the mountains. He is one of the best setup men in the game.

Klodi is probably the most unselfish rider in the Peloton. It was impressive how he set the pace for Lance, Levi, and Contador in the big mountians last year. I enjoyed watching his expression after he destroyed the peloton in an early stage and looked back to Lance and Levi for advice on how to react to Contador’s unplanned attack. It was also sad when he was held back to pace teamates when they were dropped. After putting 36 seconds into Lance in the stage 18 time trial I was yellng at my TV when he reassummed his role and helped Lance limit his losses up the final climbs in stages 19 and 20. If Lance or Levi find a seat on the podium this year, I expect Klodi will have played a big role their sucess. It’s a shame the peloton let Oscar Pereiro go in 2006.

Andreas, I saw what happened last year and your revenge this year will be when you and Lance put the screws the ingrate Contador for his disgraceful act of selfishness. You busted your butt all the way up the mountain to lead him then he flies off without so much as a thank you brother. Watch what will happen, the Kazakhs will turn on him in a blink and when he needs them most, they will ride for Vino…Lol. I will sip a glass of wine for you when that happens. +:-)

I have watched you race in the tour for many years now… I have seen you compete against Lance, and race as his teammate and support. I want to personally thank you for choosing team Radioshack, and adding your Enormous skill set to this fantastic team! Kloden’s been my favourite rider for most of his professional career and him coming to Radioshack at Lance’s side is awesome! I believe Kloden will be the strongest rider that Radioshack will have next season (time will tell), and he’s also “only” 34, being younger than Lance and Leipheimer by 2-3 years and he can be a great captain for Radioshack for seasons beyond the next one.

I can barely wait for next season, the tour in particular

Very well could be a future leader…think LA is the leader this TDF and then we will see. Great all round rider who is going to help LA no doubt and could very well allow TRS to have a bunch of guys in the top 10 GC of any big stage race…yes he is good.
