Alain Gallopin on Lance Armstrong after TdF Stage 2 Crash

Lance Armstrong from Team Radioshack was involved in one of the many crashes in stage 2 of Tour de France, where he was injured. The injuries were not so bad that Lance had to exit, in fact these injuries are quite normal for cyclists, said Alain Gallopin.

Losing skin is never a nice feeling, and Lance propably woke up this morning with some pain in the wounds of his arm and leg. But as Gallopin said: “I am sure he will be fine for stage 3.”

Gallopin also mentioned that stage 3 could be an opportunity to take time on Alberto Contador, and continued by pointing out that the Team Radioshack plan is to take time on Contador everywhere they can.
